Returns and Refunds
- Due to the nature of cosmetic
products, returns are not accepted once the product is opened.
- Refunds or replacements will be
provided only for damaged or defective products. But needed unboxing video
recordings and photographs also.
- Customers must report issues
within 3 days of delivery.

Lucky Draw Contest Terms and Conditions:
- The prize images shown in promotional materials are for representation purposes only, and the actual prize may vary in appearance or packaging.
- The winner has to come to the office and collect the reward. No transportation or any personal travel tickets not be provided by the company.
- The winner has a chance to select the reward from the options. The winner will get only one prize from the products.
- In Apple iPhone 18 Pro Max (256GB, Burgundy), In Apple MacBook Air (13.6 inch, M5, 16GB, 512GB, macOS Tahoe, Sky Blue), In Refrigerator, SAMSUNG 633 Litres 3 Star Auto Defrost Side by Side Convertible Refrigerator with Twin Cooling Plus (RS78CG8543SLHL, EZ Clean Steel) is the reward prizes.
- The contest will stop if the total number of coupons is not sold.
- The Camliqa Lucky Draw is open to customers who place eligible orders during the contest period.
- A minimum purchase of ₹999 in a single order is required to participate.
- Each eligible order will receive one Lucky Draw entry/coupon.
- Customers placing multiple eligible orders will receive multiple entries, subject to the contest rules.
- The Lucky Draw will be conducted through a fair and transparent random selection process.
- The winner will be announced through Camliqa’s official communication channels and will also be contacted using the registered mobile number.
- The prizes include the Samsung 633L Refrigerator, Apple MacBook Air, and Apple iPhone 18 Pro Max, as specified in the contest promotion.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for another product, unless decided by Camliqa.
- Camliqa reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or cancel the contest in case of unforeseen circumstances, with appropriate communication to participants.
- By participating in the contest, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.
- Customers must provide correct and valid contact details on the Lucky Draw coupon. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in disqualification.
- The winner may be required to provide valid order details and proof of purchase before the prize is handed over.
- In case a selected winner cannot be contacted or fails to provide the required verification details within the specified time, Camliqa reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
- Camliqa’s decision regarding winner selection and contest eligibility shall be final and binding, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
- The Lucky Draw coupon is valid only for the customer and order details mentioned on the coupon and cannot be transferred to another person.
- Camliqa will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or misuse of the Lucky Draw coupon after it has been issued to the customer.
- Camliqa reserves the right to verify the authenticity of each coupon and customer details before declaring or distributing any prize.
- The prize will be delivered or handed over only after successful verification of the winner’s identity, order details, and eligibility.
- Participation in the Lucky Draw does not guarantee that every eligible participant will receive a prize; prizes will be awarded only to the randomly selected winner.
- Camliqa may use the winner’s name and contest-related photographs/videos for promotional purposes, subject to applicable laws and the winner’s consent where required.
